Boy I am having a very lazy weekend. Nicole went to work today and I am sitting at home. It is really amazing that I just sit here. Its like I just don't care about working out...

My best friend, Joe is going to Iraq in 2008. Nicole and I threw him a going away party on Saturday. What a perfect weekend!! I am sad that he is leaving. Keep him in your prayers.

Just got done with Miami Man 1/2 iron tri and I'm having a pretty lazy week so far. Hope Joe stays safe in Iraq.
