This was not my best 500m swim, but not my worst. My best was on 7/29/07. The time was 10:09.63. I have improved quite a bit from a year ago. I did a TT on 10/13/06 and my time was 12:38. I would have swam much faster today, but I also did 8x50's at a pretty fast pace.

Yeah, if you're going to benchmark, you really have to devote the session to it. More fun to bust out some sprints!
