Today was my longest ride ever!!
I rode 6:07 today and hit the 112 mile mark.
I lost a key, went back and got it. The key fell out of my bike bag when I went to change my tube. It was a miracle that I found it. Two flat tires. 64+16+16+16+16 = 128+ oz of liquids just for the bike ride.
30 minute brick afterwards
1 red bull...afterwards
Took a shower...mowed the lawn...going to a party...
