What a great week. A PR at the Bolder Boulder, Long Distance swimming, nice easy run, LONG Bike ride with a pretty good brick/run workout, open water swimming.
This week I have not been to the gym for my weight training. I have finished my training program 2 weeks ago and miss the gym...just a little.
My run numbers are a little low, but I am not too conerned. I had a side cramp during my run/brick workout so I need to figure something about. My toes and fingers went numb during my long swim and I am borrowing a Silicone "warm wear cap" from my co-worker. I will try this out next time I swim. I hope it works. I am not sure about Aqua Shoes??
