Training doesn't stop when you are away from home, especially when you are training for an Ironman! The humidity was great in DC and it felt like I could run forever.

My D.C. Journey
I made it back to Denver. Washington D.C. was such a great trip. I have tons of new ideas for work and I am extremely energized. While I was in DC I adventured out and tooks lots of pictures. I will be posting more soon, so come back!!

DC is a great place to visit. Lots of places to bike & run & lots of people doing it! Lucky you were able to rent a road bike. I couldn't find one that fit me and ended up renting a hybrid. Thanks for the photos!
